1.1. Work Hours
Students participating in the Work-Study Program are limited to working a maximum of 24 hours per week during the academic year. This restriction ensures that students can balance their academic commitments effectively while gaining work experience and complying to Vietnamese laws.
1.2. Pay rates
Pay rates are established according to the skills and responsibilities specified in the job description.
The two standard pay rates are:

Students can be placed in various departments, including academic offices, research projects, library services, student affairs, and others, based on the specific needs of each department during the academic year.
1.4. Eligibility Criteria:
a) Must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student.
b) Maintain satisfactory academic progress, as per university regulations.
c) Demonstrate financial need (if applicable) or meet department-specific requirements.
d) Commitment to balancing work responsibilities with academic obligations.
1.5. Application Process
Step1: Job postings available:
All available Work-Study positions will be listed on the Job Portal.
Step2: Application period:
Students can submit their applications through Job Portal
Step3: Application review:
The Student Affairs Management (SAM) team will collect all applications and forward them to hiring supervisors for review
Step4: Interview & selection:
Colleges and departments will conduct interviews with applicants and finalize the results
Step 5: Final results & onboarding:
SAM will send offer letters and provide contract processing details
Successful applicants may have to attend the Onboarding Orientation
Step: Start of work:
The employment contract will be effective and announced by SAM
