Letβs keep our campus safe and supportive by helping each other out!
We would like to bring to your attention several recent incidents in which VinUni students were targeted by increasingly sophisticated online scams. π¨ In some cases, students were tricked into sharing personal information or unintentionally passing along inaccurate details to their families. These incidents highlight the rising complexity of scams that specifically target university students.
Your safety and well-being remain our top priority. By staying informed and cautious, you help protect not only yourself but also our broader university community. πͺ
We would like to address two important matters that have recently come to our attention, aimed at ensuring the well-being and integrity of our community.
As mentioned in our previous email, we kindly remind you to take full responsibility for safeguarding your personal belongings. Unfortunately, we have recently received reports of students βborrowingβ items without the ownerβs permission. π« This behavior violates the Code of Conduct on theft and can result in serious consequences, including formal documentation and disciplinary action. Please ensure all interactions regarding personal items are respectful and consensual.
We also urge you to manage your finances carefully. When lending money, consider the risks involved and only proceed if you are comfortable assuming full responsibility. The university cannot intervene in personal financial disputes.
By staying vigilant, you contribute to a respectful and supportive community.
Thank you for your cooperation! π Should you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to SAM β Student Affairs Office.
We would like to inform you that the Student Financial Regulations and Tariff have been recently updated with important changes for Academic Year 2025β2026. These updates aim to provide additional support and clarity on tuition-related matters. π
These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to making quality education more accessible and transparent for our students and families. π
π Please kindly read the full updated policy here: Financial Regulations and Tariff for Students
In recent months, there have been cases of fake announcements and documents falsely claiming to be from VinUniversity. π¨ These documents were designed to deceive students and parents, particularly by imitating the style, logo, and tone of official university communications.
To ensure your safety and protect your rights, VinUni strictly advises all students and parents not to share personal information or transfer money to any individual or organization outside of the official VinUni system. π‘οΈ
